Pig Roast!

What a way to get started! Let me start by saying that we do not eat pork! This to me is a good example of why. Even if I did eat pork, I probably would have not eaten it after seeing the entire pig being roasted. My husband and I attended a pig roasting at the end of the this summer. Let me say it was a great experience. If you have never been to one you should definitely go! It was really interesting watching this pig turn on this pole. My understanding is it took almost 24 hours to cook this pig fully. Wow! Hope pork was on the dinner menu tonight!
